Sexy and smoky, a night at Mama bar is relaxed and enchanting! From the wall made of braided pantyhose to the cabinet of sexual objet d'art, Mama is chilled, cheap and cheerful. A local favourite!
Skalitzer Straße 114
In the 60s this place was an old TV repair shop. Now, is it a bar? Is it a club? No one seems quite sure. But with fantastic house DJs in a warm and intimate setting, it doesn't seem to matter.
Budapester Straße 40
Monkey Bar located in Bikini Hotel near Tiergarten offer first class service and stylish drinks all with a view of the monkey enclosure at Berlin's famous zoo!
Ok so that wall painting is creepy as hell, but this hipster haven in Kreuzberg is well worth checking out. Awesome selection of Weißbier, great music and a candle lit smoking room, sehr atmospheric!
Rigaer Straße 31
With it's illustrated walls, contorted corridors and a PING PONG playground, Mini* offers daily dj's with a tasty mix of deep tech, deep house, dub techno and minimal. Free entrance daily from 7pm!
Going to a small cool bar, with a great atmosphere, cheap drinks and listen all those catchy songs from an unexpected old cassette sound system? Only at Analog!
Panorama 37! Located on the 37th floor of the Park Inn at Alexanderplatz, you will find the best view of Berlin in all directions! Grab a beer from the bar and relax in a beach chair. Only 3 euro!
Bei Schlawinchen, Kreuzberg
This crazy little "kneipe" hasn't closed in 33 years. Not. One. Single. Second. Still don't know if it's a bar or Dumbledore's office. Dozens of miniature ships hanging everywhere and a kicker table!
I don't usually make a habit of taking photos in loos. Yet with bathrooms as weird and wonderful as this, it's no wonder Schwarzescafe has been a hotspot for Berlin's famous bohemians for decades.
Fuchs Und Elster
One of the coolest, cosiest bars on Weserstrasse. There are rustic tables in dimly lit dens with old-timey charm for a quiet drink, or a vibrant dance floor favouring Balkan folk over electro pop
Best Frühstuck by the canal! Add that to an unpretentious, lively bar by night, great beer on tap, wine and cocktails! Head for a festive Samstag nacht..come back the next morning for a recovery feed!
Offers a tea experience like no other. incredibly laid back owner Duncan has created the worlds most relaxed atmosphere serving up a variety of alcoholic tea in a quirky and homely setting. Winner!
Huxleys Neue Welt
Deceptively huge and impressive venue, well stocked bars and great standing room. This place hosts some rad bands, alternative and mainstream, keep an eye out as door tickets seem to sell out quickly!
Oslo Kaffeebar's naughty cousin. Newly opened and run by the same owners, this is best spot in town to sip something Scandic. The beard toting, game of thrones-esque staff will tell you what to try!
Neue Odessa Bar
A place I could happily call my "Second Home", Odessa Bar is the perfect little hot spot for a delicious cocktail & night-long conversations by candle light. A must see cocktail bar indeed.
Cafe am Neuen See
Café am Neuen See is my favourite beer garden in Berlin. Upon a peaceful lake in Tiergarten, find a seat, grab one of their tap beers and enjoy the scenery! You can even take a row boat out!
Lausitzer Straße 1
Cheapest shots of tequila in town and happy times all the time. The best local bunker dive bar.
All you need to know for a Friday night tip off: kaschk is the only place to be near Rosa lux! REAL ale and amazingly friendly staff to help those of us who don't know our pale ale from our milk stout
A local favourite, a candlelit, multi-tiered cosy drinking hole, perfect for a late nite apparetif or a few casual pilsner urquells. Fills up quick so get there early!
Soho House Berlin
The view from the rooftop including the pool at Soho House is awesome. While the quality of my photo doesn't justify it, if you can come for drinks here, do it!!
