Awesome brunch menu (everyday of the week!). The Belgian waffles are consistently amazing and the waitresses are helpful and patient. This is where you take your parents when they come to visit!

AP Creative Cafe
420 Troutman St
AP Cafe is a Bushwick gem. Minimalist aesthetic with waterfalls and high ceilings, great coffee, Dough donuts, and friendly staff. Close to the Jefferson L stop.
One Girl Cookies
33 Main St
Cutest coffee shop by the Brooklyn Bridge, nothing like a nice stroll of the bridge or Brooklyn park and having a quick bit and coffee break! Awesome anesthetic!
300 Bedford Ave
This immediately became my favorite coffee shop in Brooklyn. The staff is incredibly nice, the prices are great, the space is large but cozy and the cappuccinos are amazing!
114 Greenpoint Ave
Hands down the best coffee in Brooklyn in a mellow environment. Back yard and movie nights in the summer.
Brooklyn Roasting Company
25 Jay St
Dumbo is where it's at. This coffee shop is spacious, great food and beverage choices, friendly baristas and all you can soak up wifi. Even got a free Special sample concoction!
24 Irving Ave
Cafe Ghia is a favorite neighborhood brunch spot (served every day!). And the breakfast mofongo (pictured) is to die for! The place is tiny so go earlier on the weekends if you can.
South 3rd & Wythe
Favorite coffee shop in Williamsburg. Nice baristas, fast wifi, ample plugs. Used to have $3 soup but now they've opened a restaurant/bar in the back that looks killer!
Kávé Espresso Bar
1087 Flushing Ave
Located inside the Shops @ The Loom, Kávé is a great place to work on your laptop for hours or chat with friends. Baristas are very knowledgable about their coffee. Love the lattes here!
150 Wythe Ave
Undoubtably my favourite coffee shop EVER. This Finnish bakeri makes their moist, fluffy baked goods daily. The coffee's strong & smooth. It's styled perfectly & awesome for a casual meeting/ brunch.
667 Classon Ave
Crosby Coffee is bright in aesthetic as well as staff. The baristas are friendly, the seating area is quaint, and the coffee doesn't disappoint either.
90 Wythe Ave
How often do you find cafes with DJs in the afternoon? Williamsburg's Kinfolk offers ample seating, Parlor coffee, and lots of natural lighting from their huge glass wall. Turns into a bar at night.
146 Wyckoff Ave
Almost don't want to share this great neighborhood cafe, but Variety has quickly earned a reputation for good coffee, ample seating/outlets, & a later closing time (9pm) than most cafes in the area.
184 Kent Ave
Go here if for no other reason than the amazeballs. They are little balls of heaven. Raw and vegan as well. Good selection of loose teas.
Georges-Andre Vintage Cafe
558 Halsey St
This place is so tiny and awesome and it looks like a 70s living room with a bar. So dainty and quaint. I can't wait to go back and actually try something!
154 Prospect Park SW
This is an awesome cafe along the SW side of Prospect Park! They feature Stumptown coffee and now offer wine, beer and Brancaccio's sandwiches. Great seating, family friendly, and awesome back garden!
472 Bergen St
Cafe in park slope that sells a unique roasted coffee. Coffee is strong without being bitter and will keep you awake for hours. The place is cozy and nice to sit in for a relaxing afternoon.
573 Metropolitan Ave
Amazing place for coffee in Brooklyn. They have afogato's with Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream. A must try for anyone feeling particularly in the mood for a good afogato'.
