Great patio area and a much more low key scene than other busy places in the area. Avoid the albacore tartare, I don't know what that was!

I come here often for their great cocktails. As at most restaurants these days, plates are small, but great to get a few and share. Thurs-sat are very busy and no reservations taken. New patio soon!

Breakin-fast never felt so good!! Please try the amazing cafe. They have super friendly waitresses and a cute little outdoor patio. Try the Belgian waffle with bacon...how could you say no to bacon?

My fave place in the valley. For sure get the fried cauliflower and order a red hot and bothered from the bartender. For desert get the deep fried fluffer nutter. Orgasmic?

A great place to grab a bite and watch movies. Horror movies, sci-fi, campy...you name it! There 's cool, hip movie posters covering the walls. They have screenplay readings there now too!

If you need a good place to eat go to Joan's. They have really good salads and very big portions. It's spacious and has a lot of patio seating too

If you're looking for a classy place for dinner and cocktails a la prohibition then come here. Personally, stoked to see local Van Nuys brewery MacLeod Ale on the beer list -- you should check it out.

Love this place. Outdoor seating under heat lamps is a most after eating at Vitello's nearby. You don't want to come here for a meal - come here after your meal to enjoy dessert and coffees and teas

This place gets packed and parking is rough, but it's worth it. Small plates and specialty cocktails make this place trendy and pricey.

An antique-filled coffee house with outdoor seating that feels like a secret garden. Good place for cake, coffee and celebrity spotting. My second home. Always crowded.

This place is great for those who can't make up their mind. There's something for everyone and they let you sample everything if you're not sure. Be sure to try some of the exotic lemonade!
